   The third stage of the Danube Road was A Winter Journey.
   I reached the Danube in Vienna, where I had left the river in Summer, and I went on through Slovakia and Hungary.
   When I finished that journey I had fallen in love with Danube and I was sure that I would arrive to the Black Sea one day.

   La tercera etapa de la Carretera del Danubio fue Un Viaje de Invierno.
   LLegué al Danubio en Viena, donde lo había dejado en verano, y lo seguí a través de Eslovaquia y Hungría.
   Cuando terminé ese viaje me había enamorado del Danubio y estaba seguro de que algún día llegaría al Mar Negro.

Portugal, 21-23 September 2009

   In September 2009 I travelled along the inner Portugal.
   The aim of that three-day trip was to take a few photos of the three most important Portuguese rivers (Douro, Tagus and Guadiana), and meanwhile I would listen to hundreds of Fados.
   A few Rivers and a lot of Fados.


   En septiembre de 2009 viajé por el interior de Portugal.
   El objetivo de ese viaje de tres días era sacar unas pocas fotos de los tres ríos portugueses más importantes (Duero, Tajo y Guadiana), y mientras escucharía cientos de fados.
   Algunos ríos y muchos fados.

J'ai traversé la France beaucoup de fois,
sur la route de l'Est pour gagner le Danube,
sur la route du Nord pour arriver à Gand,
j'ai traversé la France beaucoup de fois.

I've crossed France many times,
going eastward to reach the Danube Road,
going northward on course to Ghent,
I've crossed France many times.

He atravesado Francia muchas veces,
por la ruta del este para alcanzar el Danubio,
por la ruta del norte para llegar a Gante,
he atravesado Francia muchas veces.

2010-2012

   We are in SUMMER again. The high season for travel, the tailbacks of traffic on the road, time of taking pictures among the crowd.
   But if you are going to travel against the odds, I recommend you to be patient on the road and to take the route to Ghent.
   There you can park by a canal and visit the city by bike, like a king...
...because IN GHENT THE BIKE IS THE KING.

   De nuevo estamos en VERANO. La estación de los viajes, las largas caravanas en la carretera, sacando fotos entre la multitud.
   Pero si pese a todo va a ir de viaje, yo le recomiendo que sea paciente en la carretera y que tome la ruta de Gante.
   Allí podrá aparcar junto a un canal y visitar la ciudad en bicicleta, como una reina...
...porque EN GANTE LA BICICLETA ES LA REINA.
